Refund policy

Here’s our Return/Refund Policy for reference:

Refunds or re-delivery are provided if:
•  The wrong item is sent.
•  The package is lost (no tracking update for 15+ days).
•  The package arrives damaged (must be reported within 3 days of delivery).

Refunds or re-delivery are not provided if:
•  The customer simply dislikes the product.
•  Cancellation is requested after shipping.
•  Delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unreachable recipient.
